* 1 large can stewed tomatoes
* 1 pint sour cream
* 1/4 lb. butter
* dash of salt and pepper
* 4 medium Lobsters
* 1 jigger each dry sherry, cognac, muscatel
Melt butter and add tomatoes, salt, pepper, and sour cream. Cook 15 minutes. Burn alcohol out of liquors and add Lobster and liquors to tomato mixture. Heat until Lobster is hot. May also add 1 small potato(diced and cooked) to each batch.
