Broiled Garlic-Paprika Dungeness Crab

Broiled Garlic-Paprika Crab
 1 Dungeness crab per serving

Place cleaned whole cracked Crab on a foil-lined cooking sheet. Baste with a melted butter-garlic mixture. Sprinkle generously with Paprika. Place under oven broiler for 7 minutes. Baste crab one more time and broil for 5 minutes longer. Serve with bibs, napkins, and green salad. Newspaper makes a fine tablecloth!
